Richard Vine is the former managing editor of Art in America and author of hundreds of critical articles, interviews, and reviews. His eight books include New China, New Art (2008) and Odd Nerdrum: Paintings, Sketches, and Drawings (2001), as well as the artworld crime novel SoHo Sins (2016). He has taught and lectured around the world, and curated exhibitions in Beijing, New Delhi, Hangzhou, and New York.

Barbara Stehle is an art historian and independent curator. After receiving her PhD from the Sorbonne, she worked at such institutions as the Centre Pompidou in Paris and the Zurich Kunsthaus. She currently teaches at the Rhode Island School of Design and is the founder of the cultural programming service Art Intelligentsia.

Xintian Tina Wang is a New York City-based journalist and art critic whose work has appeared in ARTnews, Observer, Time, ELLE, Brooklyn Rail, etc. She also serves as president of the New York chapter of the Asian American Journalists Association.
